Thrivepine is a small Shopify team based in Medford, just north of Boston. Most stores come to us for a careful migration to Shopify, and many stay for the store builds, conversion work and marketing that follow. This page is about who is behind that, why we started, and the way we choose to work.

Why we started Thrivepine
Most owners who come to us are not afraid of Shopify. They are afraid of the move: losing the Google rankings they have earned, breaking the links customers and search engines rely on, or handing their store to someone who goes quiet after launch day.
Too many migrations get treated as a one-off technical job, when they are really something harder: moving a living business without dropping any of it. The products and orders are the easy part. The rankings, the redirects, the integrations and the small details that quietly break are where a move is won or lost.
So Shivam started Thrivepine as the opposite of a quick, hands-off migration: a small team that treats your store as a business to protect, not a database to copy. The name is the point. A move should leave the store you built thriving, which is why most owners stay with us for the builds, conversion work and marketing that come after.

Founder-led, start to finish
Shivam runs every migration review and stays on your account through launch. You are not signed by one person and then passed to a junior team you never spoke to.
Small and senior on purpose
We keep the team small and experienced, rather than large and junior. The people who plan your project are the people who do it, so nothing gets lost in a handoff.
Focused on Shopify, end to end
We move stores to Shopify, build on it, and grow them once they are there with conversion work and marketing. We stay inside that world instead of spreading across a hundred unrelated services, so the work you hire us for gets our full attention.
Straight answers, in writing
You get a dated plan and a fixed quote before anything starts, and an honest view throughout, including the times the honest answer is that a move is not worth it for you yet.
Meet Shivam and the team
Shivam Raval founded Thrivepine and leads every migration review himself, so the person who scopes your project is the one accountable for it. He has spent 4+ years in ecommerce, moving and growing online stores, and works from Medford in the Greater Boston area.
Around him is a small, senior team of developers, designers and marketers. We keep it small on purpose, and we work with store owners across the United States.

Who we’re a good fit for
We’re honest about this, because the wrong fit wastes everyone’s time.
You’re probably a good fit if you run an established store and want it moved to Shopify carefully, built properly, or grown with conversion work and marketing, ideally by the same team across all of it. Most owners start with a migration; plenty come to us for the growth work alone.
We’re probably not the right choice if the lowest possible price is the only thing that matters, or if you want a hands-off, high-volume vendor. Those are fair priorities. They’re just not what we’re built for, and we’ll tell you so on the first call rather than take the project anyway.
